Cheap flimsy plastic that deforms.
I bought this for the VIRGINIA EZ Pass. They don't seem to want to stay on the windows of two of my three cars. So I figured they wouldn't mind just sitting on my dash and when I'm driving on toll roads I just hang them on the window. boy was i wrong! I deformed two out of three in the sun. I can't imagine what they would look like under the Texas or Florida sun. It could even be a puddle of melted plastic on the dash. I'm not sure if they started to deform and fall off, or if they gradually deformed while sitting on the dashboard.
