Overall they are better than the standard feet. It's subtle, but the glide is definitely smoother. I compared two legs side by side and although they are the same thickness the standard legs used thicker glue which means they give you more material and last longer. As a bonus there are two sets in the package so one purchase should last a very long time. Just make sure all the old glue is removed. You don't necessarily need cleaning supplies, I just used some tweezers to gently scrape off any bits that didn't come off the old legs.
