I am changing my rating because as a business owner I respect what the company is doing to solve the problem. They actually contacted and called me to apologize and offer a refund and then sent two more in the same and a different color to check if I just received a bad batch or if they need to change something. Most companies don't care, but they do care. I will update with the samples they send and let you know. Many Thanks. The only good thing I can say is that they arrived a few days early. I tried using sand to fill them for the weight, the hole is too small so I couldn't put it in. Then I used kitty litter to weigh them down with whatever small amount I could get to steady them. I attached a hanging plastic chain to it, after 30 minutes out in the sun (only 76 today) the plastic bottoms softened and the chopsticks fell. Not worth the money at all unless you are going to keep them in the air conditioner. Will send them back for a refund as soon as possible.
