WebbRes was developed for us to track all our equipment inventory. I was looking for a system that would give me the ability to manage the assets (trailers, RVs, etc) we own. I didn't want to have to buy the whole package for something that we could build ourselves. After researching a few other products I decided to use WebbRes. The system is built on the premise of making the dealership owner's life easier. This means everything from managing repairs to tracking parts and customer history is taken care of within the application. The website is also very user friendly and gives a great overview of the product. I am able to upload pictures of trailers, RVs, and other equipment and then categorize the items by size, model, age, color, etc. I am able to upload customer information and include notes and comments. This allows me to easily organize everything by vehicle, customer, and item. As I add new items, I can assign them to a category. All of the information is stored in a secure database. If I need to edit a part or customer information, I can change it right away without having to login to another site.
