4 star rating based on the final product we received but I will explain. Received our first order, the box was open and a bit damp. When we opened it the carpet looked thick and plush but it smelled damp so we decided to return it. The replacement we received looked a lot less thick than the original. We had wooden floors, so we noticed the difference right away. I contacted the seller and they stated that they have strict quality control and let it air out during the day. I waited but in the end decided to request another replacement and finally the third was the same as the original with no moisture and odor. As you can see from the photo the third one (on the right) is much thicker and I just unpacked it and didn't wait. my children are happy The mattress is comfortable. We use it for children to lie on the floor and play with stuffed animals, toys, etc. I highly recommend it
