I did not receive the set I ordered, only the hat! Pooh!
This product is AMAZING, but I ordered it, returned it, ordered it again, and am sending it back. I ordered a set twice but only get one hat. There is no way to contact the seller, which I find annoying. I just want a matching bow tie! To edit: After I found and contacted the company online, they were very helpful. My matching bow tie will be sent and received in time for my son to wear for his newborn photos. Customer service was excellent and I'm grateful they responded. Hats from other companies are not as cute. The quality is excellent and I'm impressed with the speed of the customer service. NB is for 3-6 months old, XXS is for 6-12 months old, XS is for 12-24 months old, S/M is best for 2-3 years old, L is for 4-5 years old. Olds, XL is for children from 6 to 8 years and XXL for children from 8 years. It is always best to measure your child's head as every child is unique and head sizes vary.
