Item was delivered very quickly, within a few days. The product was as described by the seller/manufacturer and came in a small box with 3 button extensions inside. For my brother, who was supposed to have a 17.5 inch collar, I thought it would cover enough room for a tie, but it doesn't. The button was too small and needed some tweaking to work. Also, the elastic would work better if it was a little longer; An elderly person may have problems using the product. Finally, the price doesn't justify the product; elastic and plastic, but hardly fantastic. Head to your local lingerie/clothing store for supplies and spend your time and energy on something meaningful.
