size confusion.

Well at first I thought I was buying baby slippers because I was looking for them and they turned up. And when they tried to find the right size, they were told to measure from heel to toe and then use the chart they had. I thought I measured correctly. They were too big. My daughter is 4 years old and her height is 9.5-10 for her age but they sent me adult 9.5.
