Review on Panam Mexico Unisex Athletic Tennis Shoes for Men by Jeff Bremmer

I use these shoes for walking and jogging. They have good arch support, good traction and a good sole flex or roll feel when walking. The heel area is lower than other brands but it helps my foot flex when walking. Arch and forefoot support feels good; Generally, I can walk or jog with a nice "spring" because the shoe has a springy yet durable sole. The variety of colors and the retro style are also nice.
