Fits great as it is a stretch dress with stretch across the head. Fits as expected. VERY BEAUTIFUL and elegant looking for a baby. I liked the "pearl" belt, it makes the image more elegant and stylish. Everyone praised what a beauty. The dress was very comfortable to wear, no complaints of itching or anything like that.
