I have mixed feelings so I give 3 stars. It comes very well packaged and all the buckles are covered to keep it from being scratched. The clips open like traditional suspenders. And the buckles are very easy to adjust. Now it has received 3 stars because of the excellent quality. But when I put them on my daughter with pants that always seemed to fall down, she liked them at first but wasn't a fan. After about 10 minutes she wanted to take them off. I believe this is because the rest of the belt moves freely from the buckle. And as tough as leather, it's not very flexible like soft, worn leather. So overall it's great quality but for the comfort of the child I'm not sure if this is really what you want to get. I will keep them when she is older but now (she is 3) she doesn't like them.
