Review on πŸ‘ž Propet Men's Black Leather Suede Walking Shoes by Tony Watts

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Something has changed with the M3850.

This is my fourth pair of Propet M3850 shoes. Something has changed with this last couple. The shoes are the same size as I usually buy them (US 9.5, width 3E) but the feeling is completely different. The toe area appears wider, which makes the shoe feel lost. Perhaps this is the result of a change in the material that makes up the sole. Now it is a non-slip rubber sole. Other pairs I've bought have molded foam soles. The material in the heel area of earlier versions of the M3850 was also stiffer. You can dig your foot into the boot without stretching your heel. The shoes just slipped off. This new pair appears to be missing some stiff heel material. I can no longer easily step into my shoes because the heel is flexing and being pushed down by the heel. Shoes are not as comfortable as they used to be. Add these problems to the price increase, these shoes are less desirable to me. I may have to find another manufacturer for the next pair of shoes I buy.
