It worked! I have a 2010 SRX. I watched the YouTube video and read the instructions. At first he just closed and opened but didn't catch the approach so he started the car. He also ruined the original, so they didn't take it either. I thought I screwed it up, but after a lot of swearing and about 10 minutes, it suddenly worked. Not sure if this is normal but super annoying. It really worked and has been flawless ever since. Much better than the $180+ the dealer wants.
