This is my first time buying human hair so I'm new to this business. Little did I know that a unit advertised as 14 inches would actually look like 10 inches due to curl. Customer service told me it's 14 inches when the hair is straightened so I thank them for contacting me to let me know. I love the texture and feel of the hair, it's very soft. Very luxurious and still hasn't shed. I'm impressed with the quality of the hair and I think they did a really good job of making it look so natural. I'm not sure about the slight curve the wig has around the headband. They also included a headband and 2 hats which was nice. I recommend this seller.
