This portable, hands-free neck fan looked like it could really help with the Arizona summer heat. For the most part they were, although there are a few issues that need to be addressed. First, and the biggest issue, the battery life is pretty short. I get less than 1 hour of continuous use from a full charge. This is a problem on long walks, hikes, or lifting weights at the gym. The second problem relates to the fog function. This neck fan holds so little water on each side that it will leak and stop fogging very quickly, with less than 10 minutes of continuous use before running out of water. Those issues aside, this neck fan helps keep you cool in the heat.
