This is complete garbage. I bought the 16" and liked it so I ordered the 18" to create a layered look. They're sending me what looks like plastic synthetic hair that's already tangled. The way they were packaged this time was rubbish. Is it really the same company? The difference between my purchases is day and night! I can't express how upset I am. I have prepped my hair and put the 16" on. I have been waiting for the 18" to be delivered and I open it up and not only does it look synthetic and tangled but the curl isn't even the same, this curl can't once called afro-curly.
