If you're like me you sleep under a blanket all year round, summer or winter. Blankets just make me feel safe. However, I struggle with sleep all night. I toss and turn a lot and when I finally fall asleep I only get a solid 3 hours. The next day I was tired. I am 120 pounds and bought this blanket for 20 pounds. I know we should choose the right weight for our body weight, but I knew I needed a heavier weight. I'm glad I left at 20 pounds. I'm not kidding, I've been using it for a week now and it has seriously helped me fall asleep and stay up all night. It's so weird I can't explain how it actually helps. I like the weight on me It keeps my body still and I don't move that much. Also, this blanket is sewn with many squares that hold the beads in place. I have read many reviews of other blankets where people have complained that the beads just roll off their bodies. It's not like this. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to people who like to sleep with duvets on and don't care about the weight. I love it!
