Open QRM is easy to deploy and manage from their cloud-based interface. It's robust enough for any size organization with great support staff available if needed. The software offers several features like scheduling and monitoring of multiple concurrent servers and applications in one place which makes it useful even without having knowledge about IT infrastructure setup or configuration management tools such as Puppet or Chef. I have not found anything that would dislike in this platform. If you are looking for an integrated system that helps improve productivity while increasing uptime than look no further. We use openQRM to monitor our web sites and we can see the status of each server at all times. This has helped us eliminate potential downtime and increased team productivity.
