For some reason I seem to have bad luck with most heaters. I work from home and like to drink warm clothes throughout the day. I bought VOBAGA based on the looks but it was a complete FAILURE as nothing kept it warm. Then I bought one from Nicelucky and this COSORI around the same time. None of them are cheap, but the lucky ones have won so far. COSORI does not heat anything. Nothing warms. With the maximum temperature of 194 degrees, I don't even get warm. This is false advertising and outright lies. The coating on the heating pad also started to wear off badly after the first use. The warranty is 2 years, but at the moment I'm so fed up with this thing that I don't even know if I'll take care of it, because most likely I'll get the same useless one, it doesn't get warm warmer. I will buy a nicelucky heating pad as it really does what is advertised. Don't worry about this warmer/heater mug. It doesn't do anything the company promises and you will end up wasting a lot of money on a useless product.
