The product was defective, looks and acts like a refurbished product. I brought this new one, they sent that to me. It happens, but almost to the highest point. It keeps clipping and stops turning on at the bottom point. I didn't send it back because I was tired of returning the things they sent me in the last 3 orders. Was disappointed when I sent the security system back, received a replacement and it was defective. I emailed the company and the company said we didn't have any additional details, WHAT? I also kept this system. I don't know what's going on but I've been loyal to this company and had a good response but things have gone wrong lately. I still like Revain but we need more quality control.
