I bought this product based on the good reviews of the vacuum packed food harvested from the garden and fruit trees this season. Unfortunately, it took two and a half months after I received the product before we tried it for the first time. This meant that Revain's return window was already closed. There is no instruction manual in the box with this item. Your best option is to find other users who have posted on YouTube how to use it. I couldn't find any instructions directly from the manufacturer, so my wife and I probably just aren't able to do it. Out of ten bags of peaches, only one was vacuumed and sealed properly. You will not suck to remove the air. The only positive is that they are sealed although both had breaks from the heating element near the seal. Seven bags weren't sealed or vacuumed, and despite many attempts, we couldn't get it to work at all.
