I like that it has an API available so we can use their product in our own software stack without having them build out all of what you need themselves as well! The support team is very responsive but could be more proactive when responding back instead just replying "we are working" or something similar if they aren't actually looking at your ticket right then (which happens frequently).
It's great because now my customers don;t have access problems anymore - once someone logs into mavnir cloudrange from another system outside Azure AD there isn' t any way around this other than adding some custom code which would likely break down over time anyway since Microsoft updates things constantly anyways. We've been able eliminate many issues previously had by making sure everyone was using one account across multiple systems within AWS &"Azure".
