The customer support team is very responsive to our needs as we learn more about how they can help us with different aspects in running an ecommerce business (inventory management).
They're constantly updating features that make it easier for you to manage your inventory! I wish there were some additional reporting options available beyond just viewing stock levels by day/week or month - but this isn't something specific enough be brought up during my conversation(s) with them at any time yet either so not sure if its even being considered right now? At least when using teiKAMETRICS for managing inventories within AMAZON FBA / Marketplace sales; one thing i like best are all those helpful tips from our Account Manager who guides me throughout each step along the way towards success.
