Do not touch Ubuntu Mate 18.04 on Raspberry Pi 3B+

After setting the config.txt, the screen works like a normal screen, but without a touchscreen. If you follow the readme on the floppy disk and install the driver, your installation will be completely blocked and you will have to "burn" the SD image again. This worked fine on 4/16 but not on 4/18.
