Review on Mad Hungry 4 Piece Forged Specialty by Lori Williams

The chef's knife is a bit short for my taste, although it is quite suitable for emergencies. Since I needed this set at short notice, it was ok, so I'm giving it four stars instead of three. This, and this was the only set that came with a bird's beak at a decent price. I'm a professional chef with big hands so that was a problem for me. I solved the small knife problem anyway, so overall better for smaller hands than mine and for non-professionals.
