I was told on the internet that a box of mix can make up to 36 cake pops (ie fill the rack completely). I found it finished around 28, but I was lazy and made more than others. If you want them to be pretty, focus on rounding them out before diving. As you can see, I haven't! I love baking from scratch, but it's not necessary - Betty Crocker can handle any flavor. By 11pm my local grocery store was out of candy so I bought almond bark instead. Dries quickly and shines. The cake pops shown in the photo took up 3/4 of one of the huge packets of almond bark. Easy, tasty little treats!
