PERFECT! Showed my cake pops nicely. Note that to ensure your cake pops are secure, be sure to purchase Wilton cake pop sticks or something similar in thickness. I have some cake pop sticks that are too flimsy and will tip your cake pop. I used the 4 inch sticks in the picture above and it made my display nice and full.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this coaster! It's strong! Easy to clean! And the best for transporting cake pops! I upload this thing every Saturday to take cake pops to events. I just charge it up, put it on the floor of my van and it never tips over. When I have arrived at my destination, all I have to do is sit down at a table. I really should get another one.

I was told on the internet that a box of mix can make up to 36 cake pops (ie fill the rack completely). I found it finished around 28, but I was lazy and made more than others. If you want them to be pretty, focus on rounding them out before diving. As you can see, I haven't! I love baking from scratch, but it's not necessary - Betty Crocker can handle any flavor.
