I bought these and after a few months the volume button on the side broke. Support asked me to turn off the device - a WIRED device - and remove the batteries and they took weeks to open the RMA. They then required me to provide a credit card to get a new device before sending my current device back which would have left me without a product for weeks. Instead, I bought a better product from another manufacturer and threw the broken set in my spares pile, junk, in the trash. Recycle Bin support.
