I really like this pan. I've tried nonstick coatings over the years but my SO is too rough on them and they start to peel off after a while, which nonstick coatings don't. I love stainless steel for its durability and I haven't had this size in years. I immediately used it to make a quiche. My god, everything is so well and evenly fried. Cleaning was great and no weird warping in the oven. To keep stainless steel looking new because it will inevitably tarnish with use, wipe down the bartenders quickly from time to time, it's a miracle in the bottle.
