I read in other reviews that the X-Small was short so I ordered a small. I fit perfectly and I'm very pretty, but I'm 5ft 4" and 110 pounds and it doesn't reach the floor. It's a few inches shorter, which is a good thing I won't step on the skirt, but I was hoping it would touch the ground. I checked out the video thumbnail on the product page and it's actually pretty accurate in terms of actual length. I would say you need to be 5ft 2in or under for the skirt to touch the floor. I still really like this dress and it doesn't look pretty with a long necklace.
