Review on RCA 25252 Dect_6 0 1 Handset Telephone by Heather Davis
No logical or intuitive design in this system
I bought this system to replace our 10 year old Panasonic 2 Line 2 Rail answering machine. The Panasonic system was user friendly. In contrast, this RCA is not only unfriendly to the user, but also anti-user. Setting up the system depends on calling 800 for help as the user manual is more than inadequate and relies on acronyms that it never explains or defines. I still can't figure out how to do more than make and receive calls, but we still rely more on our cell phones. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAZY MACHINE.
