I have bought all kinds of pink tutus over the years to celebrate breast cancer awareness and this is one of the best. I'm 5ft 5in, 130lbs and usually wear a women's size smaller. I bought a small/medium size that fits me. It can also be worn by someone who is a few pant sizes larger, especially if they want it a little tight in the waist. The length is an inch or two above the knees and the "lining" makes it acceptable over tights or leggings. Fluffy right out of the box and after a shake or two it was ready to wear. I will buy more in other colors!
