I bought this neck pillow because I travel a lot and sometimes need to be in the area which requires 2-3 hours drive. Sometimes it happens that I forget to rest my neck and basically just lean forward, then realize I need to relax and then tilt my head back a little. People like me definitely need something like this to give their mind a break. It's definitely a high quality fur outer shell that you usually find on airplane neck pillows, but of good quality. The pillow is definitely amazing, perfect size, very soft (memory foam type) and definitely worth the money. The packaging was not very good, I bought a few more products, they put everything in a box. and due to the weight of other products, the neck pillow case has been excessively compressed here and there. Also, there was no cover on it as if it had been thrown in a box. Considering the quality and the laziness I have to remove and fit a new one I am very happy with this neck pillow and definitely a very good choice.
