I'm right between a small and medium in most cases, so I got a medium to be safe. I'm regretting that choice since it's a bit larger than I was expecting, but not so much that I would go through the hassle of returning it.Other than that, it's such a nice, high quality top that manages to be both modest and flattering. The material is thick, warm and comfy without looking grungy. I use it for breastfeeding as a nursing top, and would highly recommend it to other new moms. I would totally wear it even if I wasn't breastfeeding.
