UPDATE: I was able to fix the shoe by using a skewer to push a button through the hole. I thought the problem was solved. When my son put the shoes on, he took less than 10 steps and they fell out again. First review: They weren't built properly and it's almost impossible to push rubber buttons (or whatever) through the hole. As you can see in the photo, the buttons are fixed in other sections. I'm not impressed how it happened. I think if the product hadn't arrived in this condition I would have been delighted.
