After only THREES use I went to bathe our pup tonight and while the water was heating the plastic ring attaching the unit to the wall pipe broke. The part with the "holder" and hose connection on the shower side shot out like a rocket and hit the rear wall of the shower with a spraying jet of water. I like the design of the hand nozzle - the only one I've found is that you can use it to restrict the flow of water, which is very important when washing a small pup. However, all parts (except the hose) are made of plastic and just don't hold up. For the price I wasn't expecting anything heavy but breaking after 3 uses is very very disappointing. :(
