Our 3 year old daughter loves her new responsibility chart. There are so many good options for quests, but there isn't enough room for all of the ones we wanted to add, so we just stuffed the extra on the left side. Every morning we move all the tasks to the left and when she completes them we move this magnet to the right and make her wear a star that day. We picked 12 responsibilities and only 8 star spots, which isn't really a bad thing because she's so proud of herself that she fills in the chart every day, even if she has an accident or doesn't complete one of the tasks (e.g. broccoli meal). This magnet stays on the left and we tell her that we will work on this task tomorrow. You can tell she gets it by being a little upset that she didn't get all 12 strength.
