The support team has been very helpful in terms of any enquiries I have had! They are always willing to help out with anything you need from them - whether it be booking flights or tours etc - they never fail me when i've needed their services (which isn't often!).

Always super friendly and efficient service provided by this great organisation which makes life so much easier as an agent/supplier who works at altitude. Nothing really stands out about the site itself but that's probably because we're still using version 4 compared to other clients, such as Expedia, Booking Holdings & Hotels Direct who now use 8+ versions since launch!
