This product looks amazing even without the packaging! BUT WAIT. Don't drink coolant, that's a joke. This review is for original tablets and replacement tablets that I have received. The first tablet kept sending us to the restart screen. Reboot, after reboot, after reboot. The power and volume buttons are poorly made. The power button gets stuck in the device with minimal pressure and no longer goes up; This leads to an issue where the tablet won't turn on and your personal information is unavailable. Revain support has offered to pay me to fix the tab, remove my info and send it back for a replacement. Both tablets had this problem with the button. The original tablet I ordered had issues when used with headphones. Without headphones, I had to turn the tablet off and on again to hear the audio loud. This technique had to be used every time we used one of our headphones. The replacement tablet had its own noise issues. When viewing the tablet with headphones and loud, the volume dropped on its own. We turned it back on and watched the screen as the volume dropped back to zero. The first tab didn't stay charged and when I put it on the charger for a few hours the battery didn't reach 20%. Then I got a small burn from the charger, and the last straw was that the tablet started smoking while on the charger. Again, I didn't think Revain's customer service would offer to fix this tablet when there was clearly a security risk. The price of this tablet is nice, but I wouldn't ask for a replacement. The tablet performs poorly, although screen sharpness is good. But if you have no volume, keep restarting, can't hold a charge, have cheaply made power and volume buttons, have charging issues, and get physically burned by the product, I'd say this tablet isn't the best option.
