The team put in place was really good at what they did! They were always very helpful when we had questions or concerns about our project schedule/budgeting process - it could be difficult not having their full support here locally but I'm glad there are people like this out of state who can help us with local issues as well (such great workers!).
Project management is key if you want things done right; without proper PMO leadership your organization will suffer greatly from any delays during implementation phase. This does happen quite often so make sure everything's set up properly prior start date- otherwise get somebody else involved later down road because these folks know all aspects thoroughly by now :) We worked closely together throughout entire lifecycle development which allowed me some peace knowing someone knew my business inside&out while working through several iterations before final release dates came into play along side budget constraints etc...
