TERRIBLE product! I had to try to cut it twice and even after two attempts on cardboard it didn't cut out completely. The vinyl is sooo thick, had it been cut the way it was supposed to it wouldn't fit what I needed. After it unfolded, it peeled off the backing (which also stuck terribly to my cutting mat), making it 10 times harder to lay flat. Definitely not recommended! I would return it if there was anything left after so many attempts to get this vinyl to work.
