Bought "used, like new" and you'll never suspect it's not brand new; all packaging and information materials are supplied as if they were factory direct. I accidentally left out the small piece of plastic protecting the battery contacts, so I figured the light wouldn't work because it wouldn't turn on. I called the seller who was friendly and helpful and kindly didn't laugh at all when we noticed my user error (fool!). Now that I think about it, that little piece of plastic still on the battery means this lamp hasn't actually been used, so I'm even happier with my bargain purchase now. The light is perfect, easy to use and the seller is great. Would definitely buy from them again!
