Low flow rates seemed problematic at first so I checked the reviews and found someone with the same experience. The supplier, Pletora7, responded to this review with a phone number so I called them. They were very pleasant to deal with. I was asked if I would like a refund or try a different regulator. I chose a different controller. Two days later I had the controller and the return label. After replacing the controller I had the same problem. I did some research on this type of regulator and found that I most likely have a leak in my setup. The problem was that the oxygen inlet was a smooth conical fitting rather than a serrated fitting and would leak under pressure. Once this leak was plugged, flow was good at all speeds. I would give Pletora7 10 stars for customer service.
