This looks like a great camera until a system bug rears its ugly head. I had already returned a camera when I called Polaroid and they informed me that the camera would not turn on. This is a known issue and I have to press the internal reset button when this happens. Because it happens OFTEN. Even after I downloaded the app and updated the software. But my teenager loves it very much and now she knows how to fix it, she is happy. It was just confusion and disappointment when we found out about the problem - if it was in the manual or even the insert it seems Polaroid is more open about the bug.
