Revainrating 1 out of 5

Works great on my sensitive, acne-prone, dry/oily combination skin

I am 28 years old with fair, Caucasian skin that is very sensitive, even to products formulated for sensitive skin were developed. I have tried Cera Ve, Burt's Bees, Yes To products. They call it. This is by far one of the best skin care products in any category that I have tried. Pour a quarter size into my palm and gently spread and pat onto face and neck perfectly. That went on for a long time. Note that most Americans, myself included, mistakenly use tonics as an astringent or cleanser, but that is not how they should be used. It doesn't help that most toners sold in the US market contain astringents that tend to dry out the skin. This toner is not like that! You'll initially feel like you're pouring oil on your face because this toner is thicker, but it reduced my redness, whiteheads, and cystic acne like no other product. Thanks to its use, I was able to completely abandon acne treatment products. It moisturizes without being sticky or sticky. And it doesn't cause the weird caking or flaking that other products do when I apply foundation afterwards. Speaking of; Now I use a lot less makeup! At first I used Peach Sake Toner and Emulsion, but this toner works as a toner and emulsion combo and still works better than Peach Sake. It's a step smaller and lasts a lot longer, saving me money. My other skin care products include (in order of use): 1. Rice Water Bright Light Cleansing Oil by The Face Shop2. Etude House Wonder Pore Freshener (3 to 5 days per week or more as needed during "this time of the month" to prevent and control acne breakouts)3. Premium Rich Avocado Toner by Skinfood4. Eva Naturals Serum with 2.5% Retinol & Hyaluronic Acid (only 3-5 times a week)5. Nature Republic 92% Aloe Vera Soothing Gel6. Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Watery Combination Cream (only on very dry days, especially in winter as I live in cold and harsh Minnesota). All of these products are available from Revain and most of them are Korean (with the exception of Eva Naturals). . Most days I only use products 1, 3 and 5. Having more than 3 steps in my skincare routine takes time and money to cut down on harsh acne products and all makeup use.

Pros
  • Long-wearing coverage
Cons
  • Does not go with everything
