Place your soap dish exactly where you want it, not on the arbitrary shelf your shower provides. I placed it up high enough that it no longer gets sprayed during my shower. The benefit beyond no more wet, slippery bar is they last a lot longer due to no more constant erosion from the showerhead spray. Still solid attachment after several months.

This soap dispenser works well, and does a good job of making sure your bar of soap doesn’t sit in a puddle of water and then get all soft and squishy: just make sure you install it on the side of your shower and a little higher. Installation was straight-forward, but please note you do have to really press forward to get the thread to engage on the knob (you will know what I mean once you see it) but after that it locks up tight with a good suction.

Product certainly lives up to all the reviews that say the suction is strong. It is strong! Put it in the shower so that my five year old would have a convenient soap dish. Of course he was fooling around with it pulling on it and things that five-year-olds do and never moved never came off. Extremely satisfied with product. It also is extremely good-looking.

The screw tightening knob takes strength to tighten over several sessions. I.e., after first tightening it requires a second tightening ( as per directions). But I found I could still tighten it over a couple days, I know some day it will fall off, but have no idea when. That’s why 4 stars. If after a year it’s still hanging on I will give it 5 stars.

This is a very nice dish that I use to hold the sponge in my kitchen sink. It works great, but it took several tries to find a surface that it would stick to. I tried the backsplash, the side of the fridge and even the sink and could not get it to stick for very long. Then I tried the cabinet and it works. So we have that tile that has that slight wave to it so it's not that its crappy. We have a couple of suction hooks in there that worked great so we were hoping that this one would stick as well. After a couple of days it would fall off even if we cleaned and dried the tile. We ended up sticking it to a window that happened to be in the stall and it finally stuck.

I have had this soap holder for 3 years now, and used it in 2 homes. I keep a big bar of soap and my razor on it and the thing hasn’t fallen once and it still looks great, not a speck of rust.

The directions give very detailed on how to get proper adhesion. I keep this on an open wire shelf. I opted to not try very hard to have it adhere. Of course it didn't adhere beyond 5 days.This is easy to clean. Works well.

Highly recommend this product. It has been holding strong to our tile shower wall for well over a year now, and feels just as strong as day 1. Would definitely buy again from this company.

Had a great experience with the seller; Sent me instructions (and tips) on how to install before receiving the product. Several days after installation I found the Soap holder on the bottom of my shower. The rubber (that holds the unit on the wall, etc.) has torn apart from the holder. I tried multiple times to put it on tile but it wouldnt hold but to my glass window it had no problem staying put. Its really good for glass not good for tile.

I bought one for the oversized bars of soap my husband likes, and then I decided to get another to use as a foot rest for when I shave my legs in the shower and it works great! The suction is really good, I can put all the weight of my leg on it and it doesn’t budge!

Not great if you have a shallow sink. I wanted to be able to lay the tip of the sponge top part of my dish detergent filled wand, so the detergent wouldn't leak from the sponge part. But the height of the metal sponge/soap holder, along with the very wide suction knob must be (about?) 5". long story short-my detergent filled dish washing 'wand' rolls off of the holder. because I have a very shallow sink ("6?)-that I loathe. Just sayin.

We all know the problem, the designers of all those fancy shower towers and stick on soap, shampoo and accoutrement holders always seem to forget about the soap. I would give this less than one star if I could. The cups cannot hold suction. Even if you follow the instructions and tighten the suction as much as possible, it falls right off the wall within a few hours. Clean tile wall, no reason it shouldn't have been able to stick. The suction cup can't hold its own weight, much less a bar of soap. Very disappointed. I also got the simple hook product with the same suction system, failed similarly.

My husband uses a shower bench. Put this where he can easily reach it and no more issues with soap slipping on to the floor where had trouble retrieving it. Suction really good. Has not fallen yet and easy to clean.

I purchased this soap holder nearly two years ago, and to my surprise, it has NOT lost suction since I first adhered it to my glass shower door! It has been completely maintenance free and as sturdy as ever. In addition, it looks as good as new, and has not rusted or discolored in any way. It has put up with a family of 4 using it in the shower every day. I would definitely recommend this product.

This soap holder is sturdy and stylish. My only complaint is how it attaches to the tub/shower. When screwed in place it just out from the wall in an unattractive way. Other than that, the sticker that attache it to the tub/wall is very strong.
