Review on Fountain City, Inc. by Justin Olson

The staff is very friendly & accommodating! They go above an beyond in helping us understand our needs as well taking care of any issues that may arise within my facility or their own business location so easily resolved - no question unanswered they are always willing to help without hesitation!! Honestly there isn't much I dislike about them besides maybe one thing which could be addressed but it's not really noticeable unless asked directly (maybe if we had more than 1 account manager). Their customer service has been exceptional from day-1 through multiple renewals / upgrades over years now. Friendly employees who respond quickly when needed for additional resources/help at times like this during COVID19 crisis was great!! Thankful every time since first interaction wtih FCHI team back then 4yrs ago!
