They work great. I had a serious problem: my glasses hurt behind my ears. I've had about 10 ear surgeries and each one has had the backs of my ears cut open to access my inner ear and the scars are quite painful when I wear glasses. I just bought new glasses and now I have to wear them all the time. After a few hours of wearing the ear pads, the scars on the back of the ears started hurting. I couldn't wear them for the next few days. After searching here and reading all the reviews about how comfortable they are, I decided to give it a try. They work great. Neither of my ears hurt. On the right side I used one of the ones that go behind the ear and hold it in place and one of the small round pieces for extra padding and on the left I just needed another one to hold it in place and position. Not only do they keep them soft, they keep them on my face. I take care of my 3 year old granddaughter and when we play the glasses stay on my face. These comfort items are great. I used a kit to put them on my granddaughter's glasses to keep her glasses from falling off her face. Another plus is the colorful details. I have dark glasses so I wear black glasses and my granddaughter wears tan. They can't even say we have them. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is uncomfortable wearing glasses as well as people who have problems with glasses slipping off their nose. They work great.
