Love this product! This works great for my bettas, I also use Seachem "Stability" (to prevent the "nitrogen cycle" when starting a new tank and stabilize bacteria afterwards) and "Pristine" (they eat algae!) and now I use them no more. You don't have problems with algae, pH, nitrite, nitrate, GH and KH (all these parameters are VERY important in Betta aquarium water). I should mention that when in doubt you should always call the Seachem specialists - they have fantastic customer service. I have 5 bettas (five aquariums of course!) and they got sick at different times. Without the expert advice of the Seachem support group, they would have died. Also, please don't believe everything that is said about bettas on the internet and in pet shops! Always ask an expert.
