UPDATE*** Customer service contacted me and refunded my money for the broken zipper. Great customer service, would buy again. In addition, Right Choice Bedding stated that they swapped out the zippers for better ones. The cushion pads are soft and look like they are waterproof. However, I received a faulty pillowcase protector. I closed the pillow, the zipper unzipped. Now I can't open the pillow and the zipper won't close. This happened the first time I used and opened the product. I have contacted the seller and am curious if they fix this issue. I am attaching photos of the product and the flash. I will update the rating when the seller gets in touch.
